Andrzej, with over 14 years in Aurelius and 10 years in Luxembourg, responsible for developing the Blaupunkt Licensing Business, is the Managing Director at Blaupunkt.

His expertise in managing multinational businesses has been pivotal in building assets in worldwide intellectual property businesses, focusing on brand licensing and equity structure. With over two decades of experience, he has a strong track record in market expansion across North America, South America, and Eastern Europe.

Following the acquisition of Blaupunkt by Established.Inc, Andrzej’s role has expanded to include overseeing the growth and integration of additional Established brands such as Thomson, RCA, and Nordmende, furthering his impact in the global market.

Frank Goergen

International Licensing and Sales Manager, Blaupunkt 
Europe, Africa, North America

Frank Goergen is playing a significant role in expanding the Blaupunkt´s brand presence across Europe, Africa, and North America.

With a solid 20-year background in the Consumer Electronics industry, his expertise extends from market development to global expansion.

Previously, he led sales and business development in the TV Broadcast Hardware industry.

Following the acquisition of Blaupunkt by Established.Inc, Frank’s responsibilities now also encompass the growth
and integration of other Established brands like Thomson, RCA, and Nordmende, leveraging his skills to enhance their market presence.


Prasanna Pilimatalauwe

International Licensing and Sales Manager, Blaupunkt
South-America, India, Middle-East, Asia and Australia

Prasanna, a Senior Business Development & Brand Licensing Manager, has been with Blaupunkt for the past 8 years in Luxembourg, following an earlier tenure in Germany.

He is known for his extensive knowledge in global intellectual property and the consumer electronics industry. Prasanna has a proven track record in developing new markets and working within multinational structures.

Currently, he spearheads the Blaupunkt licensing business in Latin America and Asia. With the recent acquisition of Blaupunkt by Established.Inc, his role now also encompasses enhancing the presence of other Established brands such as Thomson, RCA, and Nordmende in these regions. Fluent in German, English, and Spanish, Prasanna’s linguistic skills complement his extensive professional expertise.


Thorsten Gebhardt

Brand Licensing Consultant, Blaupunkt

Thorsten, a Director Licensing at Blaupunkt in Luxembourg, has dedicated 14 years to the brand, with the last 7 years as a Brand Licensing Consultant. In this role, he skillfully develops and executes strategic licensing programs for both new and existing clients. Thorsten excels in managing high-level relationships with licensing partners, contributing significantly to revenue and EBITDA growth. His extensive background includes international sports products and high-value licensing, drawing from his experiences with Dunlop Sports, Porsche Design, and Blaupunkt. With the acquisition of Blaupunkt by Established.Inc, Thorsten’s responsibilities now extend to enhancing the licensing strategies for other Established brands like Thomson, RCA, and Nordmende, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and expertise.

Romain Peter

HR & Portfolio Manager, Blaupunkt

Romain, serving as Portfolio & HR Manager at Blaupunkt in Luxembourg, has been a key part of the company for more than 7 years. He is responsible for the Administrative & HR structure at Blaupunkt, overseeing an international panel of the brand’s licensees. His expertise in recruiting and leading a team of experienced professionals has been essential to Blaupunkt’s significant growth. Romain’s background includes notable experience in the automotive and household cleaning industries, along with a solid foundation in business administration and cross-border business dynamics. With the acquisition of Blaupunkt by Established.Inc, Romain now also plays a vital role in integrating and managing HR and portfolio aspects for other Established brands such as Thomson, RCA, and Nordmende.

Norman Pralow

Marketing Consultant, Blaupunkt

Norman is serving the Blaupunkt team as an external marketing consultant, tasked with overseeing all marketing aspects of the brand. Along with his team, he ensures consistent brand design across various platforms, including social media, online, and offline channels, and supervises product approvals. Norman is adept at developing and executing lead generation marketing campaigns, supporting the sales team in creating new licensing opportunities. He played a pivotal role in laying the marketing groundwork for Blaupunkt’s licensing strategy, which included the development of the brand’s corporate design and website concept. His professional experience includes roles in sales, product management, and trade marketing. Following Blaupunkt’s acquisition by Established.Inc, Norman’s contract was extended to include marketing for other Established brands like Thomson, RCA, and Nordmende, aiming to boost their market presence and growth.


Lisa Birch Gearhart

Sales & Marketing Manager, Blaupunkt

Lisa, plays a vital role in Sales and Marketing Support. She is responsible for assisting both the sales and marketing teams and adeptly manages the company-wide CRM tool. Her skills in content creation are pivotal, as she oversees projects that require collaboration between marketing and sales. Additionally, Lisa is active in prospecting for marketing qualified leads. Prior to her tenure at Blaupunkt, she gained valuable experience in sales, marketing, and event management in the United States. Following the acquisition of Blaupunkt by Established.Inc, Lisa’s responsibilities now extend to supporting sales and marketing initiatives for other Established brands such as Thomson, RCA, and Nordmende, leveraging her expertise to enhance their market reach and effectiveness.

Joseph Ding

East Asia

Joseph Ding, a skilled business management graduate from East China University of Science and Technology, brings nearly 13 years of experience from international companies to his role at Blaupunkt. He has excelled in various sales and operations positions, distinguished by his rigorous work ethic and exceptional execution skills. Joseph’s proficiency in multiple languages, including Chinese and English, further enhances his capabilities in the international business arena. In his current role, he focuses on expanding Blaupunkt’s licensing and sales initiatives in East Asia. With the recent acquisition of Blaupunkt by Established.Inc, Joseph’s expertise is now also integral to growing the presence of other Established brands such as Thomson, RCA, and Nordmende in the region, capitalizing on his extensive experience and linguistic skills.
